Suela Thanasi


Teacher – Hatha, Vinyasa Flow

Suela was drawn to Yoga/Meditation initially through its philosophy, inspired by authors like Buddha, The Dalai Lama, Osho, Deepak Chopra, etc. In 2010 she started the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice, enjoying the physical aspect of Yoga while continuing to focus on maintenance of a healthy balance between mind, body and soul.

In 2011, after attending the 200-hrs Yoga Teacher Training she was certified as a Yoga teacher by “Sampoorna” Yoga School in Goa, India. Since 2011, Suela has been teaching regularly at Tirana Yoga.

In March 2017, Suela followed the 300-hrs Advance Yoga Teacher Training course in Goa and she continued practicing yoga/meditation in Rishikesh, India. In addition to Yoga, Suela plays piano, practices tango and she holds a degree in Political Science.
