Teacher – Vinyasa Flow, Beginner Yoga
Azra has been teaching yoga for 4 years and practicing for 6 years. She discovered her passion for yoga at a young age and since then has been following and deepening her practice, while sharing that experience with others. She is a medical student, with an avid interest in mental health and an ongoing training in psychotherapy. In yoga she appreciates the practical improvement that mental peace and relaxation, as well as body training and movement bring to general health and wellbeing. Azra believes that changes in society start from oneself and increasing our own awareness is the first step to a better personal and social life.
